A private Kundalini Activation 1:1 session lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, offering a fully immersive experience. We begin with a warm welcome and introduction, setting intentions and creating a safe space for your journey. Breathwork and meditation helps to prepare your body and mind, allowing you to become more receptive to the energy flow. The Kundalini Activation itself is a non-invasive process where you lie down, relax, and allow the energy to move naturally while music plays. As the session unfolds, you may experience physical sensations, emotional shifts, or a deep state of peace. After the activation, we take time for reflection and grounding, ensuring you feel supported and integrated before leaving.
For those new to this experience, I’m offering special introductory promotion at £99, providing a first opportunity to explore the process. Since the body often requires multiple sessions to fully process and benefit from Kundalini Activation, I recommend at least three to six follow-ups for deeper integration. You can also bring a friend, with the option for a second person to join for £50. Additionally, I’m happy to offer a 10% discount to NHS and Blue Light cardholders as a thank-you for their service. Also, to thank my colleagues I work with in the NHS. I will also offer block sessions at a cheaper price, if you book four sessions for £300 - it works out at £75 per session.
Kundalini Activation is for everyone, regardless of gender. While many women are drawn to this practice, men also benefit deeply from the awakening, healing, and transformation it offers. This energy is universal, working uniquely with each individual to support their personal journey. All are welcome.
I also hold space for partner or small group sessions, allowing two people to experience the activation together in a shared energy field. If you’d like to explore this, let’s arrange a session that works for both of you.

In Yogic philosophy, breathwork (pranayama) is a powerful tool aimed at calming and controlling the mind. Through conscious breathing, we can regulate emotions, settle racing thoughts, and bring balance to the nervous system. Breathwork also increases oxygen levels in the body, supporting cellular renewal and the release of toxins.

Reiki Energy Healing
A typical session is £40 and includes:
15 minutes to settle in
45 minutes of Reiki energy healing
15 minutes to gently wind down and integrate
Reiki (pronounced RAY-KEY) is a gentle yet powerful holistic therapy that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Originally pronounced RYE-KEY in Japanese, the word Reiki means universal life force.
Rei refers to the universal, all-knowing spiritual consciousness — the infinite wisdom of the creator or higher self.
Ki is the non-physical energy that flows through all living things, and can be activated to support healing and balance.
I am trained in the Usui Reiki method, a traditional Japanese practice originally taught by Dr. Mikao Usui at the end of the 19th century. This form of Reiki works by channelling energy through the practitioner’s hands, which are placed near specific areas of the body in alignment with the seven chakras.
The practice is non-invasive and non-manipulative, and always conducted in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably (or sit in a chair if preferred) while receiving the Reiki energy. You’ll be gently supported to relax, let go, and receive whatever your body and energy field are ready for in that moment.

Age Restriction
You shall not purchase any services or products from our site if you are below the age of 18 years old because under this age, you do not have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Provision of Service
The agreement to work on the issues presented by the client in no way guarantees a cure.
Contact between sessions will be limited to telephone, email or letter.
Antisocial behaviour will cause the immediate cessation of treatment.
Confidentiality will be maintained in all but the most exceptional circumstances. These can only include legal action (criminal or civil court cases where a court order is made demanding disclosure – includes coroner’s courts) and where there is good cause to believe that not to disclose would cause danger of serious harm to others. Most standards of confidentiality applied in professional contexts are based on the Common-Law concept of confidentiality where the duty to keep confidence is measured against the concept of “greater good”. The sharing of anonymous case histories with supervisors and peer-support groups is not a breach of professional confidentiality. The sharing of open case histories with supervisors and any referring NHS medical practitioner is also not a breach.
Price and Payment
Prices of the services and products are specified on our site. We may change our prices anytime, but that will not affect the prices for confirmed orders.
Despite our best efforts, there may be incorrect prices on some of the services or products. If the correct price is less than a price shown on our site, the lower amount will be charged. If the correct price is higher than the price specified on our site, we will inform you of this and ask whether you wish to continue with the order with the actual higher price. If the error in price is obvious, unmistakable and mispricing could have been recognised reasonably by you, we will not be liable to provide the services or products to you at the lower price that was incorrect.
Cancellation of Services with less than 48 hours’ notice will cause the client to be liable for the full cost of the session.
Our Rights to Cancel and Applicable Refund
I reserve the right to cancel our work together at any time without giving a reason, a notice of cancellation will be given at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled appointment.
No refunds will be given if I refuse to continue to offer my services due to you breaching these terms and conditions, Covid-19 safety measures or frequently asking to change appointment times with less than two days notice.
I may have to cancel or postpone an appointment due to an event outside of my control or the unavailability of an appropriate venue or materials without which we cannot provide the services or the products. If this happens:
a) I will promptly contact you to let you know;
b) if you have made any payment in advance for services or products that have not been provided to you, we will offer a refund of these amounts to you or the option to reschedule your appointment;
c) where we have already started work on your order for services, we will not charge you anything and you will not have to make any payment to us.
